Block Time
- (Primarily used to to repair existing problems, projects or upgrades)
- Purchased in 10 hour segments
- During Normal Business Hours
- Hourly rate $95.00
- Billed in 6 minute increments with NO minimum
- After Hours
- Hourly rate billed in 30 min. increments
- No trip charge
Purchased hours can be rolled over month to month and are non-expiring
Can be converted to Retainer after 30 hours or when system is stabilized
Standard Hourly
- (Used primarily for emergency or down situations for new clients)
- During Normal Business Hours
- Hourly rate $125.00
- Billed in 6 minute increments with 1 hour minimum
- After Hours
- Hourly rate at time and one half $187.50
- Billed in 1 hour increments with 1 hour minimum
- Trip charge 50.00
Up to 10 hours can be rolled into 30 hour block purchase
NOTE: All invoices are due on receipt, and payment is due on or before contract coverage period begins.
